Fire Rock opened its doors on November 15, 2008, and is the first property of a projected eight for the Navajo Nation over the next five years. “Konami is very excited about its partnership with the Navajo Nation and looks forward to being an integral part of the Navajo Nation's future projects as well,” says Mark Wiedemer, Director of System Sales for Konami Gaming.

Along with the KCMS system, Konami Gaming, Inc. was awarded an order of 140 slot machines, or approximately 30% of the Fire Rock casino floor. These games will include proven platforms from the Konami Gaming, Inc. library, such as K2V video games, Advantage+ reels, and Advantage 5, the first full-size 5-reel stepper product.
